Founded by entrepreneur Chad Johnson, STAMP represents the culmination of a remarkable journey from hardship to achievement. Chad grew up in a family that often struggled just to get by, relying on food stamps to make ends meet. Trips to the grocery store were filled with difficult choices — with essentials left behind at the register because they simply couldn’t afford them. Those moments shaped Chad’s character, instilling in him a relentless drive to break the cycle of struggle and build something extraordinary. Through perseverance, bold thinking, and an unwavering commitment to creating opportunity, Chad built one of the most inspiring success stories in American business. He is the founder and owner of Lady Jane’s Haircuts for Men, the largest privately held, corporate-owned men’s barbershop chain in the country. With over 120 locations across 21 states — beginning in Michigan, then expanding into Ohio, Florida, Oklahoma, North Carolina, New York, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Oregon, Arizona, Texas, Idaho, Utah, Virginia, Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Colorado, Indiana, and Iowa — Chad has created careers and stability for thousands of barbers and cosmetologists, giving them a platform to thrive in an industry often overlooked. In addition to his success in the grooming industry, Chad has recently turned his entrepreneurial energy toward a new venture — the launch and national expansion of his specialty coffee brand, DrinkRoast. What began as a real estate opportunity evolved into a high-demand, third-wave coffee experience. Driven by quality, atmosphere, and innovation, DrinkRoast is now positioned to become a major player in the U.S. coffee scene, with plans to expand locations across the country. Chad’s instinct for recognizing untapped potential and turning vision into reality is once again taking shape — this time, one handcrafted cup at a time. But Chad’s impact reaches far beyond business. Deeply committed to giving back, he founded Wicked Awesome Wishes, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, in 2013. Since its inception, the foundation has helped tens of thousands of people across the country and donated millions of dollars to individuals and families in need. From supporting national causes like the American Cancer Society, children’s hospitals, and other major nonprofit organizations, to offering direct aid within local communities, the foundation is a powerful vehicle for compassion and change. Wicked Awesome Wishes also looks beyond borders. It has taken on global endeavors — not only providing financial support but also contributing time and resources to educational efforts in developing nations, including the construction of schools in Jamaica. Chad’s commitment to giving isn’t passive; it’s personal, active, and enduring. STAMP Las Olas is a deeply personal project — a legacy property that honors Chad’s past while celebrating his present and future. The name “STAMP” pays homage to his roots and the struggle that once defined his family’s life. What once symbolized scarcity now stands as a monument to success, strength, and personal transformation. This estate is more than a luxurious residence. It is a physical expression of perseverance, purpose, and pride — a tribute to the journey that brought Chad from the checkout line with too little, to the forefront of American entrepreneurship and philanthropy. Every inch of STAMP Las Olas is infused with his vision, values, and unwavering belief in building a life of meaning — and giving others the chance to do the same.
